Function Dates

Bus Pickup and Return


If a pickup is required, name of passenger/s must be booked in at the Front Desk of the Club by 5.00pm, two days prior to the Function.


Dress Standards


Dress Code 1 - Black Tie (Anniversary Dinner)

Men - Black tuxedo, bow tie, (cummerbund optional) with miniature medals. A full suit with full medals is an acceptable alternative.

Ladies - A floor length dress, evening gown with miniature medals, or a cocktail dress, a pants suit or trousers may be worn with a blouse. Full medals to be worn.

Dress Code 2 - Formal (Commemorations)

Men - Suit or trousers with coat, tie, with full medals.

Ladies - A full length dress or evening gown, cocktail dress, pants suit or trousers and blouse with full medals.

Dress Code 3A - Informal (No Children)

Men - Trousers, jeans or shorts, collared shirt. (medals optional)

Ladies - A dress, dress pants or jeans and blouse. (medals optional)

Dress Code 3B - Casual (Children in Attendance)

Men - Trousers, jeans or shorts, collared shirt.

Ladies - A dress, dress pants or jeans and blouse.
